Cancellation Policy

At Arcane Ventures, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

Additionally, we have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, and abusive language towards players or employees. Any violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the session without a refund. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.
